Direct Buy complaint by Mary Ann

We're senior citizens looking to remodel our bathroom & closet.On March 06,08.We joined direct buy(at a senior citizen discount) of $2,999.00.We've visited the showroom 3 times, only to leave with a massive headache.We were shocked at the add on fees for shipping & handling.It's time consuming looking through catalogs.It was totally confusing trying to figure out the prices.We went ahead and purchased our cabinets,tile,& fixtures at a local retail store for less.I really wish we could get a refund since this program won't benefit us at all. PLEASE, to all those who have complaints, please report to your state Attorney General's Office, as well as the US Attorney General's Office. If enough people complain, they will look into this company's shoddy practices and do something about it! It's all online to fill out, PLEASE do it now!!!
