We are in the process of remodeling a home. We went to Direct Buy and felt we would save money since we would be purchasing items like new cabinets, flooring, faucets, tile and counter tops.

We joined in September. Imagine our surprise when we received a letter in the mail in December that the Las Vegas showroom was closing. We were in the process of working with the kitchen designer and no one let on what was about to take place. We cannot comprehend this decision since this is the only showroom in NV and Las Vegas is continuing to grow.

Now we have to work through the concierge service via the phone. Not sure how that is going to work out.

Not sure if we should cancel our membership or not. Frustrated in Las Vegas
