Direct Buy of Long Beach California sold me a membership without disclosing the store would be closing within a few months. When initially asked about the future of the store, I was told "we have made a considerable financial investment at this location and we are not about to walk away from it." Nonsense, they announced the store was closing 2-months later.

Now the membership allows me online purchases, nothing like the showroom sales they promised.

They promised me an interior decorator service to come to my house, and now won't deliver that service. I'm suing for breach of contract.

Reason of review: Deceptive Sales Tactic.

Monetary Loss: $5000.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
