We joined Direct Buy because we are renovating our kitchen and bathrooms. When you order merchandise you are given an estimated delivery date.
We ordered items for our bathroom from a particular manufacturer. Estimated ship time provided by DB was 5 to 7 weeks. It has now been more than 11 weeks and we still do not have our merchandise. I have had to delay my projects now for 4 weeks and still counting.
This is causing us to breach our contract with our general contractor. I cannot seem to get a straight answer from the DB representatives as to when I can expect delivery. As far as I am concerned, DB has provided fraudulent information.
If we had known that it would take this long we would have not agreed to a start date with the contractor.
