Not resolved

I decided to purchase a nicer dicer from this company through a very respectable company, so i clicked the button and waited paitenly for my product to arrive, it did not, so i emailed them and they promised to mail me back the following monday, by tuesday i heard nothing, so i called on a refund, i then submitted a negative feed back, saying how discusted i was swith the company.

Today i have recieved an email explaining that it was a genuine mistake and that as they are a "new"

company my feedback will make it hard for them in the future. So if i remove my feed back the will send me a free nicer dicer, but i must remover my feed back first. Yeah right. I don't have mug on my forehead. Some times you have to pay good money for good things and good service.
